Un angolo di paradiso, 25 coperti, per veri buongustai, amanti "della pace". Situato proprio di fronte all'antico maniero di San Cristoforo, è frequentato da una clientela di affezionati. 
Il locale di Pietro e Anna Borra, ( Piero ai fornelli e Anna in sala ) di tono rustico-elegante, offre piatti raffinati, che nascono dalla sensibilità del "patron" e dalla scelta di portare in tavola quanto di meglio il territorio e il mercato locale sanno offrire, come per esempio: funghi, tartufi, cacciagione e piatti tipici con ingredienti locali.
Di recente apertura, una nuova sala, gestita dal figlio Guido; con la calcata impronta della buona cucina di "papà Piero", ma contenuta nel prezzo,  rivolta a una clientela dinamica meno esigente nella forma.

        
                                                                     
The little paradise of gourmet "Restaurant of Peace" has got 25 places, located just in front of the old castle of San Cristoforo. Rustic- style, attended by customers which become found of the refinement of the plates prepared by the "patron" Pietro Borra; who dedicate also a very particular attention to get the best that the territory and the seasons can offer, like: mushroom, white truffles and game.
It's recently open a new part of the restaurant managed by the son Guido, with a fixed price menu.

Un buon ristorante per essere classificato tra i migliori, come il "Ristorante Della Pace", deve offrire una cucina inconfondibile ai massimi livelli, ma non da meno è importante, la collocazione, per poter trascorrere una giornata di svago, relax, e interesse culturale. San Cristoforo, é poco più di un villaggio, situato in "alto", sia per la posizione geografica, che per la bellezza. Circondato da boschi secolari e vigneti, il vecchio villaggio, sovrastato dal Castello (XII sec.)domina la valle e la pianura.
                                                                     
A good restaurant to be classified among the best, has to be on top for its cuisine, but nevertheless is the place where is located. The "Restaurant Della Pace" is in San Cristoforo, a small town on top for its position and for its beauty. Surrounded by age-old woods and vineyards, on the rise of a hill, the old town  dominate with its castle (XIII cent.) the valley and the plateau.
